My regular rates for bridal makeup services apply to destination weddings in addition to the following travel expenses;

Taxes

Parking

Shuttle service or rental car throughout my stay

Lodging

Airfare

Meals and per diem for each day

Transportation to and from the airport in both the departing city and destination city.
